They were very mean. My mother asked for extra napkins very kindly but the man at the window gave her a rude attitude and only... gave one. I don?t know why, probably because he was sleepy and he did not get a good night?s rest. At least the food was good :) Read more

I?ve had issues at this Wendy?s before but today was a really pleasant experience. The Hispanic lady at the speaker and window... was courteous and professional. Garbage management resulting in inadequate staff. Rushed ordering, wouldn't even do 2 orders at the drive thru. Rude response to... asking for some ranch and was handed 1. Didn't even give me the BBQ sauce that is supposed to come with my $5 biggie bag. Thenafter confirming my order for a double stack, proceeded to give me another sandwich. Everything about this visit was fine except that they were having a staff meeting in the dining area. They were extremely loud.... I would suggest that they secure another location for those meetings or have them away from where customers aren't trying toenjoy their food. Read more
