This place needs to fire all the staff and get people who actually want to be at work. They obviously are milking the clock and... doing a horrible job while doing so. My order was wrong, attendant was rude, all staff where huddled at the window chattingwhile I was waiting for my order which was wrong 3x and I had to ask for a drink, fries after receiving a nasty sandwich I couldnot finish. My coke tasted like it was a mix of several drinks and was nasty!! Not sure who the branch manager is but you shouldbe ashamed of your store and the reviews of customers who visit! It is a different experience for a Brand that once meantquality food.. I ended up going to McDonald's to reorder my dinner. Should have gone there in the first place as their food andservice is consistent!! SMH.... Read more

Absolutely AWFUL. I was immediately reminded why I haven't been to this location in YEARS. keep in mind...WE WERE THE ONLY CAR... IN LINE!!!It took 10 minutes to get ANY response at drive-thru and when she FINALLY spoke, she immediately stopped and said,"Hold on a second." Came back 5+ minutes later and said, "sorry, I had to talk to my mom real quick..." I SWEAR!! I would neverthink to make this up!! FINALLY got to window after a total of 20+ minutes (nobody in front of us) and I pay, and WAIT, anotherfemale throws my bag at me while saying, "HERE!" NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. It is a shame because our family likes Wendy's on therare occasions we do "fast food". This is the only one near us. Read more

I ordered a number 1, sandwich was not fresh and the attitude at the drive thru was unacceptable. That hood mentality is trash.

Waited in drive thru line for 30+ mins. 10 just to place an order and 20 at the window. A new person was working and they told... me they couldn't take my card or cash because everyone now had to count the money in the registers now. So everyone behind mealso waited for 30+ mins. Why do this during dinner rush? Can't use another register? At one point everyone working inside wentto the very back and I could see customers inside very visibly angry and walking out. No one came back to the window so I leftwithout ever getting my food, and I watched the people behind me leave too. I don't understand why this happened? Please at thevery least keep your customers informed if somethings up, please don't waste our time or leave us in the dark. It's fast food! Icould've gone elsewhere if they informed us it would take X many minutes and actually gotten dinner before work. I had to gostraight to work without food because they took so long, had no time to go elsewhere. Read more

Customer service is not good. Comes to the window with an attitude because I ordered an item and was told they don?t have it. ... I explained that I got the same order yesterday and that cashier was awesome. Today was not pleasant at all. Give me my totaland just took the card. I was smiling and asked if they added the creamer for coffee. She turned asked the other person. Nonapkins no receipt no thank you or nothing. Praying that they have a great day. Read more

This was hands-down the WORST Wendy's experience I've ever had. I ordered a combo, a chicken sandwich, two JBCs, a kid's meal,... and a chocolate frosty. I sat at the window for about twenty minutes, overhearing conversations between employees and managersabout how they don't know how to coordinate. I got a coke that was the wrong size, french fries with the kids meal when I askedfor apple slices, a strawberry frosty because they had to refill the chocolate, and I didn't receive the chicken sandwichbecause I "wasn't rung up for it." Of course I didn't get a receipt with anything to prove whether or not I paid for it. I justfeel like $26.16 should have included it. This is not the only time I've had a bad experience at this location. I will not bereturning to this Wendy's again. Read more

I don't understand what's with this place. The staff walk around vaping or are on their phones, not even at their stations or... working on the food. They all have this angry agitated look on their face like they hate being there, and just to be talked toyou have to practically call out for someone. Easily one of the slowest Wendy's in the area. This Wendy?s is the slowest in Durham, all the staff do is play around and hardly do any work. As I write this review I?m in the... Wendy?s right now. The drive-thru line was going into the street. I came inside for faster service and I see is a bunch of kidsplaying and laughing. This is Ridiculous!!! Read more
