I simple asked the server if any other place allowed sit down service. She said rudely, ? I already told you , no !? I responded... that she did not have be so rude, and it was not appropriate.? She then proceeded to verbally threaten bodily harm upon me inthe parking lot. She said ?I?m going to pop you? So we went to the Waffle House on Hillsborough road and sat down and ate . Andthey were friendly kind and hospitality towards us. I?m going to call the Franchise ( corporate) about the employees at thisbranch . This was a threat and was uncalled for . Read more
The server told us they were closed for Togo only and was rude and ugly to us. Yelled at us that we needed to go to the other... Waffle House location where they treated us with hospitality and kindness and gave hs excellent service. We will never go tothis location ever again. I?ve never had a server be so unwelcoming. The employees were very rude there was no seating for anyone to come in and eat there were only two people that was actually... working one of the employees was on their phone the whole time until they left didn't get any refills on drinks. The drinkmachine was also down so all they could give you was either tea or orange juice there were no other options. Read more

I have within last 2mos started eating @Waffle House after 28yrs of abstaining. I have no complaints to share on this location... as service and food quality are great. I am one who usually refrain from sitting near or usage of restaurant ???? but used thislocations restroom to wash hands and found it to be clean. I am proud to give 5 stars as I feel welcomed although my orderamount is always $6 rarely more, I am welcomed just the same as others. Read more
Misses bossy (the chef) was very nice and the food was great on the other hand the wait was long and the service was rude. When... we got seated the waiter (tall ,old ,with dreads )seemed annoyed and gave an attitude for every little thing. For example hedidn?t want to get us straws because they were all in the back. The utensils were dirty and he was touching it with his barehands. Lastly I felt like he was racist because he was only nice to the colored people but he was extremely mean to the whitepeople. It was around 11 pm and we went to try to eat since we had been driving for a couple of hours, we got there and the two ladies... in there just look to each other, we were walking to get inside when we noticed the had barriers so people don?t sit on thetables. It was NO signs on doors or something indicating why they had barriers. By this time the employees were outside look toa crash or something across the street, they were by the door looking. They heard us talking about of the serve or not. Theyjust look our way and went back to look across the street meanwhile talking with some other guy that looks like knows them. Sowe decided to leave. I came to this store this morning at 5am i ordered my. Food at 4:30 ONLINE to come to the store with my food NOT ready and the... employees sleep . didn?t even know they had orders .
