Sushi was ok, not the best. A bit pricey considering its portion.

This place is the worst Thai in the Triangle and is easily the worst I've ever eaten by a mile. The meal I just ordered on uber... eats was actually the worst delivery meal I've ever gotten in terms of the overall quality of the food regardless of price. Theycharge too much for food that is totally inauthentic, sloppily prepared, and lazily executed. Don't eat here. I've had higherquality food from low tier fast food chains. I hope the owner notices and changes course because this business deserves to failif they honestly believe that the service is worth what they are charging. Shameful. Read more

My partner and I have loved Vine for years. Just ordered and LOVED the dinner for two (pictured) last night. We are always... treated well and prices are reasonable. Always ask for the himachi kama... it's amazing! Read more

We got take out at about 12:30 in the afternoon.Very fast service, good fresh sushi. They received a 9.6 health rating 2/4/20.... Very good! My wife and I got the Sashimi Lunch,Fire Work(special roll) and the Pineapple Fried Rice. All were very good. We eatsushi often and the Only 2 things that could be improved upon: one ;the salad, the entrees came with a choice of miso soup orsalad, the salad was simply iceberg lettuce, there wasn’t any other vegetables two;not enough ginger with the rolls. Whenasked for a choice of the salad or the Miso Soup , get the soup. And ask for extra ginger. Otherwise, very nice inside dinningarea, there is a nice outdoor patio area also , but at times there were delivery trucks unloading in front of and to the side ofthe patio area. Probably for Whole Foods, which is next door. We recommend this place and will return. Read more

Just placed an order from Vine Sushi and Thai of Durham.....found a fruit fly in my miso soup halfway through the meal (anyone... who knows me already knows I basically started gagging on site)....we call the restaurant in a very calm manner requesting apartial or full refund. They offer us another soup or salad...now why in the world would I want another soup or salad?!? Anotherlady gets on the phone, has an attitude for no reason as if we are calling to scam them out of money. I told her we did not wantanother soup or salad and that I would like her to give my name and number to the owner, who she stated was unavailable. Shecalled back stating that he would give us a full refund and pick up the food if none was eaten. Of course some of the food waseaten, I found the fly, to my disdain, halfway through the meal. At this point I told them not to worry about it because it justfelt very petty. As an establishment you should be more concerned about the health risk and possibly serving other customersfood with pests in it. I've ordered from them multiple times, but it's safe to say I won't be back, the food isn't good enoughto put up with poor customer service. Read more

My score for this place? Blah. Service 3/5. Can't understand the attitude. I came here to spend money. So like a few others... have reviewed - the arrogant, snobby treatment of your customers isn't justified and neither are teenage sighs, and eye rollsaccompanied when asking about sushi prices. Our lackluster waitress clearly would have rather been somewhere else than servingtables and suddenly you begin to find that HER attitude brings yours down as well. The waitress may be having a crappy day, sonow they're gonna make you have one as well. You won't want to "bother" her to ask for refills, you don't want to point out thefact they mixed your sushi order up - and it all just brings down the experience. Put your personal problems aside and showenthusuastic work ethic and maybe your day will brighten with bigger tips. Common sense. Price 4/5. Not the cheapest pricesI've seen, but not the worst. Two $12 sushi plates, and a $3 plum paste and mint leaf roll with tip ended up being $31 bucks (nodrinks, just water). Cleanliness 4/5. Our table was sticky and the soy sauce pot clearly hadn't been wiped down in years. Therewas a long black hair stuck to the side of it. Would've pointed it out to our"angsty-teen-hipster-myparentsaresoannoying-wanna-be waitress" but didn't wanna go through more awkward bored, lifelessexpressions to get a new one. The place had a high healthcode rating at least. Quality 3/5. Now to the meat and bones of thisplace. The sushi rolls are pretty pathetic. GOOD TASTING, but the meat pieces are so small its comical. I could literally see 1large salmon filet being doled out over 50 to 60 rolls. Tiny little tic-tac sized pieces of meat packed into over cooked riceand dried, pre-packaged seaweed from a bag. What makes this place Thai by the way? The 5 or 6 plates (total) of Americanized -thai cuisine? Don't know, but I can tell you there is nothing thrilling about the place other than the laid back atmosphere. Read more

The sushi deal is fantastic. It's BOGO for their specialty rolls and they have a 2/$9 and 3/$12 for their regular rolls. We... bought four specialty rolls and three rolls for $43.00 as take out. They gave a hearty size of miso soup with the 3/$12 deal. But the blue Hawaii was by far one of the most flavorful sushi I have ever had!! Read more
