Celebrated my birthday dinner with wife and mother in-law here last Sunday. We were all extremely happy with every dish, drink... and service. The vege dumpling appetizer was a flavor and texture party on the palate. I had the lamb lollipops and theyoffered the most spicy option of "Fire in the hole", which I went for and was drinking lots of water with a smile. First timeI've had lamb lollipops anything other than medium rare and they were so juicy and tender, delicious. They serve them mediumwell. I tried a little of everything and they were all fantastic. Our server was training a new hire and they were both verypolite and nice. The training didn't hinder our experience at all. They were on top of keeping the water carafe filled. Thankfully so with my spicy choice. The food came out quickly and seemingly perfect timing between finishing appetizers andready for entrees. The drinks were great and brought over in a timely fashion as well. I recommend the tequila+ coconut milk +coconut water + cinnamon syrup one with thai chili. Parking was the only downside but we were lucky and found a sidewalk space. We did book reservation 6days ahead of time. We will be going here again 100%. Read more
Great atmosphere for a cute little date downtown. The food was pretty good, but not so great that we’d make a regular spot out... of it, and the portions were pretty small. The momos were good but the whole plate was covered in garnish that you reallywouldn’t want to eat and doesn’t add anything to the dish at all. The beef was definitely our favorite part. Read more
The lamb chops are the best in town! I recommend this restaurant to anyone to at least try once and I’m sure you’ll fall in... love. The ambience is perfect for date night and the Indian dishes are so delicious! Read more
My first time at Viceroy, and it was fantastic. I started with an order of Jeera Wings. They're extremely flavorful, but if you... enjoy spice go with the level 3. I tried the level 2 as a gauge and I could definitely have gone with the level 3. I followedit up with the Lamb Korma, which was excellent, but again, I could have gone up a notch on the spice. The dish itself was richand hearty. For those that don't like lamb, there's a chicken option. I definitely will be back to try some other items on themenu. Read more
Hands down the best Indian I've had since leaving the UK 3 years ago. It's as good as the Indian in the UK for sure I've tried... allot of curry across several states and they just don't cut it If I lived in NC I would be here all the time! Definitelyworth a visit if your in the area and great curry is your thing ???? Read more

Sunday at 4:40 pm, my husband and I waited patiently for the restaurant to open. We had never eaten here before, so we are... discussing if we should stay and keep waiting in hopes the food is good or go to another restaurant near us. BOY, ARE WETHRILLED WE WAITED! The atmosphere was laid back, and the feel of a British Pub was all around us. The service was on point. I have to say, after a long time I had the best Indian food. Food was so tasty can’t even stop telling people that they should... try. Smaller plates to entrées every dish was delicious. We had the Mixed grill it was so good. I loved the sarso ka saag (Mustered green) with panner, ordered 2 of them. Just tell your spice level and will suggest mild to low, or else it will belittle to hot for some people. Ambiance wise it was loud, don’t expect to have quite dinner.
