Visited with a large group of people this evening after a Durham Bulls game. Some of us were hotel guests and some were locals.... We got to the pool bar at 10pm and the hostess was still at the stand so I told her that we had a large group and she said theyhad no seats available and the kitchen is closed, but we were free to get a drink at the bar and stand around until 11pm, whichwas fine. Except the pool area was literally only 1/3 full with plenty of empty seats, we got asked to move because we wereblocking the bar staff walk-up, and then the bar tender was extremely rude and took our orders, but said they were closing. Soto sum it up, the atmosphere is okay, but don?t bother if it?s remotely close to closing time. Read more
For someone not staying at the hotel the restaurant is connected to its a little confusing finding entrance, got help from a... guest. Outside so definitely check the weather. Nice service. Pricey drinks but you get what you pay for strong tasty drink.Didnt try much on the small food menu but what I did eat was good and flavorful! Read more
Hidden gem in downtown Durham. It?s a little hard to find as there were no signs at street level. You have to go into the lobby... of the Unscripted hotel and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Once you?re there though, amazing atmosphere with great tunes, apool, bar, and plenty of outdoor seating. We were there for brunch and had their daily special (short ribs over breakfastpotatoes with a poached egg mmmm!). Drinks were great as well. Read more
We did the igloos at unscripted. It is a event at the rooftop bar and grill offered by reservation only usually booked up as... soon as its offered. Beautiful and great experience. However, for the price of $350.00 minimum for Sunday and usually $450.00 onall other days, ALL menu items should have been readily available and plentiful. That's was not the case when we went and wasstill expected to reach the minimum with a lot of what we were asking for not being available but listed as opinions. And themenu extremely limited with no favor at all. If you decide to participate have a large group and just order drinks. Hopefully, you can reach the dollar amount that way. Read more

I came down from out of town to come visit and my bestie took me there and we spent like $135 in drink and food and they were... very racist to us as women of color. They have great decor. The cabanas are like $300. They took for ever to attend to usand we waited hour. Others that were not women or men of color were served before us. I was so disappointed because I had highexpectations for this place. Read more
