Great place to hang out. Food is above average. Excellent drink selection though few cider choices
Cute place. Not in the best area of durham. If you parked your car and walked you need to be careful. We ordered several... appetizers all tasted good. I had salad and added chicken. Diamond in the rough in the Lakewood area of Durham. Came here after our usual brunch place was booked. Loved the seating... concept and plenty of space for children that run (like mine likes to). Here is what we ordered: French Toast topped with creamand peaches. It was good. Cream definitely was the highlight. Syrup would?ve put it over the top. Mimosas-Just ok, wouldn?torder again. BLT w/Fries: fries were amazing. BLT was just ok the tomato got lost flavor wise in the rest of the ingredients..would not order again. Fried Brussel Sprouts. Highlight of the meal. perfect flavor and crunch. Sharable with the tableportion. Omlet was also just ok (would not order again) Coffee (drip) was solid )I drink mine black so I don?t needmuch. We held our wedding reception at The Honeysuckle and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about anything throughout the... entire planning process or the event. Amber was a pleasure to work with while planning this event. She worked with us while wewere on a budget and had many options available for how to best utilize our alcohol budget. There were a large variety of foodoptions to work with every preference and budget. The staff was very friendly and attentive during our reception. The space isperfect for a large event as they've got an indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor area so everyone can spread out. They havecornhole available outside and let us bring other outdoor games.
