We have been to this location a handful of times. The food is okay but the customer service is always absolutely horrible. We... always try to be polite and it is met with such rudeness and impatience. Check out Jimmys in Durham if you want a decent hotdog, their customer service is much more reasonable. Poor attitude!! Pulled up before opening and was told that it was another 10 minutes which was fine, I knew that and planned to... wait. Few minutes later I was informed that only hotdogs would be ready. Asked if fries would be available she slammed thewindow and said she would have to cook some. If you like hot dogs this is the place for you. They have good hotdogs and fries. They are a little slow ,but it is definitely... worth it. I like the sweet tea. I don?t know what or if the other food is like. I always just get two hot dogs with fries and asweet tea. I like it a lot. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes hotdogs. Raw fries and this has happened multiple times this my only complaint. Everything else here is good food if they can just cook... there fries and stir them while cooking I watched them at the walk up window as the were cooking and alot of the fries weresticking out of the oil and they never got shook up as they pulled them right of the oil and served them. All the fries in mypicture are raw and can't eat them. Read more

Dogs were cold as well as my fries which had been cooked earlier. I think they had been cooked earlier. I Love my food served... hot and fries are not good cold.Usually everything is hot.
