We have been to this location a handful of times. The food is okay but the customer service is always absolutely horrible. We... always try to be polite and it is met with such rudeness and impatience. Check out Jimmys in Durham if you want a decent hotdog, their customer service is much more reasonable. We certainly will not be back to the Dog House. Read more
Poor attitude!! Pulled up before opening and was told that it was another 10 minutes which was fine, I knew that and planned to... wait. Few minutes later I was informed that only hotdogs would be ready. Asked if fries would be available she slammed thewindow and said she would have to cook some. If you like hot dogs this is the place for you. They have good hotdogs and fries. They are a little slow ,but it is definitely... worth it. I like the sweet tea. I don?t know what or if the other food is like. I always just get two hot dogs with fries and asweet tea. I like it a lot. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes hotdogs.
