Two times I've been here, unable to order at the drive thru. First time I pulled to the speaker and waited almost 5 minutes. I... called out, but no one responded. Luckily I was the only person in line so I backed out. Went again tonight and was two carsback from the speaker and waited again for over 5 minutes. Once again, I got out of line and left. Consistently a disappointment. I don't think my order has been 100% right in the past half dozen visits. Things are always... missing or are completely different items. They've recently shut down the drive through which adds insult to injury as it takeseven longer to get whatever food they feel like throwing in the bag. Read more

My husband and I arrive at 2:30 in the afternoon today a Sunday. There a ZERO cars in the parking yet two associates standing... outside smoking. I thought this was odd for the middle of the day but I wanted tacos. To my surprise, the drive thru is BLOCKEDso no cars can pass. As I?m turning the car around to park, the associates walk in. I get parked, walk to the door to eatinside. Nope! LOCKED. Now we have to drive across town. This is terrible. Why are you even open? Read more
Every time my wife and I go to the Taco Bell at the north Duke st location they are always out of something or they don?t make... the order correct! Why has this location gone down hill so fast?! Used to be a decent one, but man, not anymore by a longshot. Dining area has been closed for months, drive thru only. They never... have enough help so the line is long and slow. On several different occasions, they'd either take cash only, card only, or justnot accepting orders at all. The workers there are nice, not their fault, just poorly managed and can't get it together. Goliterally anywhere else. Read more
The dining room was closed & it wasn't even 7pm yet. And then the food was absolutely awful. It was so obvious that it was old.... The picture of the Fiesta potatoes shows how overcooked (reheated) they were. And even smothering them in sour cream & they werestill not eligible. The other picture is supposed to be a burrito supreme. It's so much smaller than it used to be & the meatwas nasty. In the end, we ended up throwing away $37 worth of awful food. I DO understand that there are staffing shortageseverywhere & problems w/getting products bc of the supply chain issues. I understand all of that, but honestly if this is thebest that a restaurant can do, they need to close their doors & work on improving before opening back up. The worker at the drive thru window gave us just enough sauce and napkins to eat our meal, which is rare nowadays. I went to a... McDonald's this morning and came back home without sauce. I know it's a small thing but it's such a stalk contrast to me. Thisis the kind of excellent customer service that I'm looking for. I'm definitely returning to this location! They also open lateinto midnight which is a huge plus. Read more
