I was charged twice for one purchase because of an initial mistake of an employee. When I noticed, I called, got hung up on when... I asked for a manager, kept calling didn't get an answer then went back and spoke to a manager and she said my money will beback on my card the next business day,which is today (9/20/16) and the money still isn't there. She gives me the WRONG number toher DM, I know because I called the number she wrote down yesterday. Then I go back today and speak to a different manager andhe tells me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned on my card smh. Basically it was "out of theirhands" so.I couldn't get my money back right then and there. I'll NEVER dine in there again. This makes absolutely no sense. Read more
