I won't event give this location a star. iam a loyal customer to this location but this time when I gave him a coupon. he REJECT... It may not always be like this, but this was my experience... The lady taking who took my order must have been in a bad mood.... She didn't greet anybody in line and barely said anything when I greeted her. I had a slight argument with the lady about theamount of bacon that goes on a footlong BLT. She only put 4 and I told her it should be 8. They also had a bunch of flies aroundthe food. Thought about leaving, but I was really hungry at that time. So I prayed over it and ate it. They completely messed up my order (No cheese on any of the sandwiches, including the one I paid for extra cheese on). Instead... of apologizing, the employee gave me an attitude. She refused to remake the sandwiches. I will not be coming back to thislocation. Read more

Even though this location is closest to my house, I always try to avoid it, mostly going to the location on Hwy 70. The problem... is their portions, particularly when it comes to the loose meats such as steak, rotisserie chicken, etc. It seems like I alwaysget short changed. I mean, the scoop for these meats is literally the serving size. On a recent visit, the employee making mysandwich filled the scoop about half way. It barely made a line of meat on the bun, much less resembling anything near what areasonable person would consider a sandwich. When I questioned the employee, they replied that this was "procedure". So, it'snot just an inept employee, but the fact that they are trained to rip off their customers. Read more

Friendly staff but let?s face it: subway is fast food. It shouldn?t take 20 minutes to get a damn sandwich, even if it?s made to... order. I know that it?s hard to get good help, but you gotta do your best. Also, it?s no fault of the Subway folks on this one,but if you go around lunch, you will wait behind 8 people who all are very picky about their sandwich and take FOREVER to makeup their minds and play with their phone making the poor cashier (and us) wait for them to answer a text before they say whetherthey wanted it toasted. Go here at 3pm instead of noon; that?s my advice. Read more
