Terrible service every morning this week. Grumpy staff. Today the lady actually argued with me, and told me theres extra charges... for cream and liquid sugar in an iced/cold brew coffee. After it was ordered with cream and liquid sugar. I had to ask for themanager just to get cream/half and half. If you hate your job, find a new one. Plenty of places are hiring these days. There iszero excuse for this. Starbucks should really revisit their staffing at this location. Read more
Do not order through app if you don't know where this is. It's supposedly inside a hospital, but there's no parking anywhere... near the place. Google Maps takes you to the hospital entrance, which you definitely can't park at. I ordered through the appand I legit just lost 5 dollars. I'm never getting that cup of coffee. Best case scenario, I could've found a place to parkabout a 10 minute walk away, walked to the hospital, pestered some hospital employee to find the damn Starbucks, etc. You getthe idea. I can't believe how disgusting this location is, and it's built into the hospital!! Gross food displays that haven't been wiped... down in who knows how long. Same trash has need on the floor in the standing area for 2 days! Read more
Worse Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Ordered a small caramel latte with oat milk. Flavor was gross and the cup was half filled.... Made with ZERO love. This Starbucks should not be open if it cannot be done right. Disappointment to Starbucks every where. . Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. I just left ordering a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. They made 10 orders after... mine and everyone has cleared out and no one asked me what I was waiting on. Another crowd started coming in and I inquiredabout my order. They said they made it and I said no order ever came up that was mine. They don't take names there for ordersevidently, because no one took my name. Everyone acted as if they had an attitude. One girl begins to start my order, puts it inthe blender. Then takes another 10 orders after mine to complete. Tells another girl to do something with my order. She restartsthe blender, then makes 4 more orders. Finally finishes mine and pass back to the other girl to put the top on it. She does 3more drinks and tops mine and almost turn over the drink the way she put it on the counter. And yo top it all, it was the worst$6 Frappuccino I have ever had at any location!!! Read more
Slowest service I?ve ever experienced. Line wrapped around the corner and growing but only 2 of the 4 employees can be bothered... to do anything. The rest are just dancing and goofing off. Took 45 min to order a 2x shot of iced espresso. Read more
Duke hospital is consistently slow and the employees care more about talking than working. Bad bad bad!!! And always dirty. Lazy... lazy lazy!!! Btw went here everyday for 3 weeks and always this way.. Read more
