Absolutely terrible service. My girlfriend gave the cashier $10 and the cashier gave her back 80 cents. My girlfriend told the... cashier she gave her a $10 bill to which the cashier said "no you gave me $6" and began to argue with my girlfriend. For such a small in-store Starbucks, this was one of the better experiences with this franchise. The staff was very friendly and... quick to serve my daughter and I our drinks. Not to mention the drinks tasted amazing. We both said that he would drive pastother Starbucks just to go to this one from now. Why? Inside of Harris teeter. It's a smaller parking lot so there are plenty of parking spaces. The service - 1 Star Parking - 4... stars The food - 1 stars The coffee - 1 star Location inside the store - 5 stars the service sucked at this location. Thecashier was very dry. There was no greeting at all. When I got down to pick up my coffee I waited about 10 minutes and I onlyreceived my coffee while the two employees chatted amongst themselves. My coffee was warm not hot and had no vanilla flavor as Ihad asked. When I go to a regular Starbucks they make it great! Also after waiting 5 more minutes she finally made my sandwichand it was the wrong one. I had already left and wasn't in the position to go back.
