We really love Starbucks. However, we walked in at 6;58pm, 2 minutes before this location close and was denied service. The... people who literally walked in with us for served but they said we could not be served. For one this is horrible customerservice. Two, horrible way to run a business in general. We drive over 30 minutes to get there and if your site closes at 7pm,so but so taking orders at 6:58. Read more
Great as always, but apparently understaffed, and the staff are overwhelmed. Ordered one size, and employee entered a smaller... size - she was making food, taking orders, and distributing items to customers. Overwhelmed!!! But drinks were excellent. Getthem some help!! Read more
Really neat type of Starbucks that I hadn?t seen before! Basically a wooden anteroom where you get your order, rather than a... full large shop. Anyway, service here is great, especially compared to the hit-or-miss Harris Teeter Starbucks nearby (which hasweird supply chain issues very frequently for some reason? Like yeah I get it, the pandemic messed some stuff up, but they wereout of pumpkin spice for most of last fall, which is like? why would you go to Starbucks if not for that sweet sweet PSL?).Anyway this is my new go-to Starbucks location! I walked 2+ miles in the heat to get there and this place was really disappointing. It's not a full Starbucks, just a weird pick... up point. You can not sit down with your drink and they only sell drinks. Read more
