Very nice and clean mall not too congested. The food court is kinda dark that was a draw back for me I didn't feel comfortable... in a dark setting I need to see what is on my plate. Most of the stores were nice even though not many good sales were going on.I saw some young kids hanging out but security advised them to leave without a parent present that was different to see. Order a venti pink drink online when I got there they gave me a grande size, told them it suppost to be a venti size and all... they do was switch the drink to a venti cup size ????, plus waited for 20 minutes Read more
When I first went in this location there was a line and only one person working. I decided to give it some time and then come... back. Once I was able to order I specifically asked for a Venti Iced peach green tea and lemonade sweetened. The cashier evenrepeated back to me what I order. So imagine how surprised I was when a Passion Ice tea lemonade was made and it wasn't evensweetened. I basically wasted my time and my money because it was so nasty I just threw it away. Read more
Purchased a salted caramel cold brew that had no Carmel and all salt. Everyone including customers that came after me had their... orders filled before the barista realized my cup was just sitting on the back counter. Too many children and people in streetclothes walking to the back. Very unorganized, will not be returning, who wants to pay for bad service. Please be careful here, my coworker got a drink from here yesterday morning with a roach floating in it. She brought it back to... the store only for the barista to show little concern and only offered a $5 gift card in exchange. It?s absolutely disgustingthat they not only became aware of the roach and didn?t do much about it afterwards. If a business is that calm about a possibleroach infestation, cause anyone that knows roaches would know if there?s 1, there?s more, then I highly recommend anyone whodoes go there, please find another location for the health and safety of everyone.
