Don?t go when they?re close to closing. I clearly stated I wanted a HOT Grande White mocha w/ almond milk; cold foam cream... instead of whipped. Luckily I?ve had the iced one before so I didn?t mind it but look at this is! Wrong order and it?s supersweet, mostly milk & disgusting! I threw it out. Not only did she get my order wrong but I specifically asked to use my pointsas well and she didn?t; no biggy but she needs to LISTEN to understand. A Terrible barista , sorry. Normally, all starbucks are the same. And while the food and beverages may be just that, the staff and service here make it... special. For years, I've been eating and drinking here, every day. They always know my name, what drinks I like and treat everyperson that comes through like old friends. I love the place. Read more
