WARNING!! FOR ANYONE HAS AN ALLERGY! PLEASE DON?T GO THERE! My friend and I went there had a recent unfortunate experience at a... local Starbucks. I ordered my friend a Mighty Mint tea with steamed lemonade, nothing else! Instead they gave me, just straighthot almond milk. My friend took a single sip and something it didn?t felt right at all. Even the way it smelled for myfriend. My friend opened the lid, it?s just straight almond milk. My friend is highly allergic to tree nuts!!!!! Thankfully thedrink was still hot and my friend didn?t take a full gulp. I would hate to find out what would happen to my friend. That oneslip had made my friend lips and throat started to itch and hurt at the same time! I had to take my friend home! The fact wegot to this point is the problem! I will not tolerate this! We have a problem, Starbucks! Someone could?ve died! THIS IS HIGHLYUNACCEPTABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE! Starbucks needs to learn and take the time to make the correct orders!! PLEASE DON?T GO THERE!! *** ALLERGY SUFFERERS BEWARE!!! I was given the wrong order in the right cup. The label on the cup literally coincided with my... order. I didn?t think to look inside the cup to see if it actually contained my tea because it was labeled according to what Iordered. Unfortunately I didn?t receive what I ordered. I took one sip and knew something wasn?t right. It tasted just howalmond milk smells. It was, in fact, almond milk? I?m highly allergic to tree nuts. Thankfully, the tea was still so hot that Ihadn?t taken a gulp, I?d hate to know what would?ve happened if I did. My lips and throat became agitated and began to hurt andI know what tends to follow those symptoms? swelling of tongue and throat. I had to rush home and take oral antihistamines. Theemployee who made the drinks admitted to mixing up the orders somehow. What all of you need to realize is? someone could diefrom such a careless mistake! All it takes is one missed step for someone to lose their life when it comes to foodallergens. My friend and I visit different Starbucks locations in our area almost daily. I now second guess if I should orderfrom Starbucks at all? let alone order a drink and double check to make sure it?s correct. Needless to say it was anunfortunate and very frightening experience. This Starbucks honestly isn?t the best I?ve come to this location maybe 4/5 times now first two visits I had to explain to an... employee an item that?s on their menu and each time I?ve come my coffee just doesn?t taste as good VS when I go to otherlocations. This last time will be my last I wanted a pumpkin spice latte and they forgot to add the whipped cream on top as wellas my lid not being secure and causing a mess. Read more
This store has easily become the first stop of everyday; Hunter and her team offer such a kind experience amongst other... hospitable qualities (memorizing each variety of my latte/matcha orders) etc. Morning or night this store goes above and beyondno matter how chaotic the influx of customers becomes. When you spend $9.42 a day on Starbucks and buy a bunch of their cups and your monthly is almost a car payment, they shouldn?t... try too hard to police refills. I get policy, but there?s also a level of customer satisfaction that?s more important. Read more
