Very unhappy with my smoothies we ordered 2 44oz smoothies one was thick an filled to the top and the other one had more liquid... it wasn?t mixed thoroughly and was missing about 8oz and they refused to fix it. That was pour service. Read more

Ordered online for curbside delivery because of covid concerns. When I got there, I called multiple times with no answer --... either the listed phone number is wrong, or they weren't picking up with no customers in the store. Finally opened the door toask, and they said they don't do curbside (even though I selected that option when ordering). Read more

My friend and I been at this Smoothie King for 45 minutes and I have yet to get the correct smoothie. We asked for 2, 40 ounce... Pineapple Surfs. Without Dairy Whey and add Oat milk. I have received the smoothies with dairy, smoothies of the wrong size, andnow I have two strawberry banana smoothies. We want a refund. Read more

Went to this location today and was totally dissatisfied with my experience. First, none of the three staff members greeted me... when I came into the establishment. Then it took at least 5 minutes before anyone took my order. After waiting for 10 minutesfor my order or 3 smoothies and seeing a couple people behind me get their orders, I approached the counter to inquire about myorder. After learning that the first staff member who took my order left off a drink, I was directed to pay for the third one.The man who identified himself as the manager then goes on to tell another staff member?loud enough for myself, my daughter, andanother customer to hear?that if another customer gives them a hard time, they are going to throw them out. I have been going tothis location for years through several management changes but after tonight, I will not be returning. And I will be making acall to speak to the owner. Read more

Do not waste your time even walking in here. Stood in line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by 2 staff members,... eventually just walked out. I was at the front of the line waiting to order? looked them in the eye and they stared back as if Iwas inconveniencing them. What really gets me is that there were 3 other employees sitting in the back on their phones withairpods in. While I know smoothies are not that serious, it?s just a waste of time to try this establishment. Genuinely shocking???? Read more

I can?t believe how rude these employees are. I am here now. Came to pick up some more lean 1 protein powder and order a... smoothie. I was waiting in line and heard a knock on the door. It was a customer who had just gotten her smoothie and needed tograb a straw. The door was locked and I unlocked it to let her in, thinking it must have accidentally locked behind me. The maleemployee chastised me saying ?don?t unlock my doors no more. I locked it for a reason.? I asked if they were closing orsomething. He said no and that they needed to catch up on orders. I can?t believe they would actually lock customers out insteadof just explaining that there may be a slight wait while they catch up. And then to chastise me the way he did. Just wow. Read more

Been a regular customers in person and online. Almost a month now and this store had not given my refund after taking my money... away. I ordered a couples of smoothie through the app. And waited for 2-3 hours of delivery time after it was confirm. Wepatiently waited and finally called the delivery driver if they had our ordered, only to tell us it will be soon. Then Thedelivery driver then canceled on us without call. Only show through the tracking delivery. We call the store the store to tellthem our situation but nobody picked up. Then we drove there. Only to see the store was lock and a sign that they only takeonline orders due to low staff. We called again and nobody pick up then we email for support through smoothie king website.Tried to Explain the situation since im aware we gave to call for refund and they said they will solve our solution and ask forour order confirmation. Its been a month now and nobody help. Stole my me and my cousins money. I use to work at food andbeverage and we had online orders for almost every food delivery app. There should have been a cancellation button.
