This was my first time here to this location. Every single location is different, some may have no drive-thrus, nor on-site car... washes; this one also didn't have 88, and that is ok! I was at Duke with my son and I noticed on Maps that there is a Sheetz inDurham! Yay! I knew they had the cheapest gas and I am a rewards member (y'all should sign up, it's really worth it abs alsohave the app downloaded too), which I earn rewards and had a discount added due to my rewards I accumulated. This is a nice andclean place, the store is well stocked, bathrooms are really clean, Ava the employees are really nice and friendly! I deal with this sheetz just about every day. I've only had one problem with a employee at sheet and she lied about something i... didn't say. The man behind me heard what i said about the way she rang up the price on a item. I turned to the man and askedhim, you heard what i said and it wasn't that. The employee was of color and so was the man behind me and he wouldn't tell thetruth to about what i said. The manager came out and the girl who was the employee lied to her and the manager asked me toleave. I spoke with the manager the next day and she said you are not the first person to complain about her and she won't beback here. I didn't not get a apology from the manager but that was ok because i knew the truth. December 1st. Everybody thatworks for sheetz now know their jobs well. the manager Kaneth is a great manager. She will always help any kind of situation tosolve the problem within the store to make sure the customer understands what is the problem and fix it.
