This store has to be the slowest Sheetz I've been to. The employees are helpful and friendly, that's what's saving this review... from a 1 star. It's usually dirty, and the bathrooms are borderline offensively dirty compared to other sheetz. I ended upgetting a refund for my food because I was waiting for a half hour and hardly any food came out and when it did there wasn'teven anyone there for the food. Read more
Location apparently wasn't able to accept credit cards and I placed a near $30 order. After waiting 10 minutes in line to get... to the register I am finally then told that they can't take credit and I should go to the ATM and withdraw money. I asked ifthey would give a discount for the cost of the withdrawal and they said no. so I'm like okay you can either pay for that or youcan throw out the $26 worth of food I ordered and they opted to throw out the food. Seems dumb but considering they couldn'tmanage to throw a sign on the door saying no card I'm not exactly surprised. I then went to another Sheetz and orderedbreakfast at a location who knows how to run their business better. It's not even the cost. It's the principle. Had k been toldthere was no card reader, if I chose to order that cost to withdraw is on me. If you don't and your system being broken is theproblem then you ought to make good. If I could give this store zero stars and still leave a review I would. I was standing in line with a father and son from Africa... the manager Nina was working the register I was standing 2 feet behind the family the manager says to the father ? A customercame up to me and said you were stealing something ? and told the father to have the son turn his pockets inside out and the sondid and had nothing. She continued the check them out and they left which I then approached the register and told her that wasvery disrespectful to ask underage kid to show her his pockets. She told me I did not know the whole story which I did not hearthe customer and her talk but I sure did hear Nina tell the father to have his son show her his pockets to prove he had nothing.She is very racist and disrespectful. If she was going to confront the father and the son without knowing or seen anything sheshould?ve had the customer standing there that told her that. But of course magically there was no customer around that waswilling to say they said it. She made that whole story up because she assumed he was stealing. Read more
Trashy. Literally, trash everywhere. Extremely low stocked. Limited beer selection, multiple shelves empty. Dirty, sticky... floors. Not what I expect from a Sheetz. Guy at the register was nice. Read more
Staff here is super rude and unprofessional. I went to buy nicotine pouches and saw they had a promo for 3 packs of On! Nicotine... pouches for 3 dollars. When it didn?t ring up for that promo, the employee then said he couldn?t help me and clearly did notcare to try. I insisted since the price difference was 5 times the advertised price and so he eventually grabbed a more senioremployee who rolled her eyes at me and repeatedly told me to give her a minute when I asked basic questions like ?do you need mysheetz card again?? She then also couldn?t get it to work and eventually the store manager came over. She STILL didn?t give methe promo and I ended up paying a higher price because these people were too incompetent to use a POS system. At this point ithad been close to 15 minutes of just painful inadequate and frankly rude customer service and a huge line had formed. I like Sheetz. But this may be one of the worst I've been in as far as cleanliness. People are friendly and helpful but the... facility is not well maintained, especially the men's room. There's trash on the floor, no paper in the stall, no towels in thehand towel dispensers, missing mirror, and one of the towel dispensers looks like it's falling off the wall. Use at your ownrisk.
