First visit to Durham and first visit to Rise on our way back to the airport. Had a blueberry biscuit with sausage and... scrambled eggs. It was such a great combo of savory and sweet and way better than expected. Just had to get this before flyinghome to California. California has a lot of great food but nothing quite like Rise! Ordered a dozen donuts 2 days ahead of time for a function - they were ready 10 minutes early at 7am, I received a text, and I... completed the automated checkout (5 seconds) while picking them up. I was in and out in less than a minute. Ask someone who doesn't enjoy biscuits very much. I super enjoy their chicken box. There is an option for a potato bun and any... toppings you like and I super appreciate it. I used to get Bojangles basic chicken sandwich for breakfast sometimes when I wasin a hurry...and now ever since the great Popeyes chicken sandwich war, they have changed to a huge stale brioche bun, onlypickles and a gross "spicy" sauce. Thank you to rise for having non-biscuit options for us weirdos. Read more
Very good food, very good service too. Got our food fast, and theykeep them in heated boxes. Donuts are delicious and the other... food has lots of options. Good location, near a park that's a great place to eat. Incredibly polite staff too. This gets my bestrating yet. : ) Read more
