Everything was fine until I saw the chicken still bleeding. Went through drive thru did not provide receipt.

The food was wonderful! The service was ok, they were very busy. The restrooms are clean, as well as the dining area.
Every single time that I've been here it has been a pleasant experience. The food is fresh, the service is great, and they give... plenty of sauces. I have been here through dine-in and take-out. I live all the way in Chapel Hill, so I have not been triedtheir delivery services. Overall, 5-Stars and would highly recommend. I'm from the north, so lack of Popeye's has been hurtingme for years. August 2021. What?s good instafam. Stopped here for a quick bite. Per usual, I always get the fried chicken ???? , asking for... all thighs. ALWAYS GET THE SPICY; it?s not too spicy, but definitely makes it better ????. Love me some of that good dark meatugh. I also got some the chicken nuggets? This was a while back so I?m not sure if they?re still available on the menu. Also, Iwish they gave more gravy though ???? @Popeyes, this was my first time getting mashed potatoes - do you typically put thisamount of gravy for every serving or does this vary by worker? Popeye?s is famous for their amazing chicken and infamous for its not-so-friendly staff. But I was quite surprised to see that... wasn?t the case at the Guess Road, Durham branch. While I was eating, one of the staff, an middle-aged woman (I think her namewas Phyllis) was the nicest Popeye (or any fast-food place) server I have ever met throughout the US. She was kind and made someconversation with guests offering to help those who need it. It was heart warming because she was so motherly and made me feelnot like a customer but a guest. Read more
