Don't waste your money! Manager is nasty, employees are slow taking your orders, making your food, and workers look disheveled.... The manager actually screamed at me because she didn't want to remake 2 pizzas. Take at a look at these photos...would you eatit? Terrible service. The manager and the delivery driver..the delivery driver came up to our door with our food. I had surgery... yesterday and was not able to move so my mom went to get the pizza. The driver said they didn't want to hand her the foodbecause she wanted to know If we were giving her a tip first. We check the food before tipping but since she wasn't giving wetipped her. Once we got upstairs we realized our order was wrong. I called the manager. She was very dismissive and rude. I toldher I have a video of her driver on our ring as well. I want to first say that in all of my time I have never walked into a pizza hut at ANY TIME of the day and been greeted and... treated so well in my life. The two people that I had the pleasure of having interactions with tonight (Sunday May 29th) I wantto thank you. We ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and cinabons. Mixed experiences at this location. Trending towards better the last few times. They were definitely impacted by the whole... employee shortage thing during the pandemic. Service has been much improved the last few times I've been here. Read more
I wish I could go less than 1 star.. I ordered at 9 PM - it is 11:16 and I still did not receive my Pizza. I am sure when it... arrives it will be cold and a mess. But that's not my issue. My issue is - I keep calling and no one picks up. This place isliterally 4 minutes away from me - I just wanted to call to see if I can pick up instead - as my order has been on it's way fora while. Update: it is being delivered by doordash and I have to wait another 10 minutes. Horrible experience - first and lasttime ordering from here. Read more
After a long day trying to prepare my in-laws' home for an injured family member to be discharged from the hospital, we ordered... pizza in hopes of a quick and easy meal. ETA was 15 minutes, and curbside pickup details were explicitly outlined in their orderform. We arrived, and waited for 30 minutes before giving up on the idea of them bringing out the order after we couldn't getthem on the phone. It was immediately apparent when we checked the order that they had mishandled it, and the pizza was acrumpled, folded, cold mess. The GM, when we managed to reach them, ordered the food refired - when my poor fiance went back outto pick it up, they had the audacity to complain we had requested that their error be corrected. Best of all, the local maskmandate was not being followed by any employees - people were handling food with masks under their chins during a pandemic.Definitely will not EVER be coming back, nor will the rest of our local family. I've hesitated ordering here given there's as many 1 as there are 5* reviews but decided to do give it a try today. Placed the... order online for pickup. It was ready on time, no issues. Not sure how I feel about the sauce but I guess the recipe has changedover the years. Read more
