New to the neighborhood. Ordered the Papa Bowls to a great disappointment. My chicken Alfredo had no chicken and the Italian... trio had no sauce. First and last time ordering from this location. Seriously the worst pizza I've ever seen! I should have took heed to the reviews. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with light... cheese and extra bacon. Light cheese? Yeah umm no minimal cheese and it was all in the middle of this monstrosity. Oh there wasextra bacon all clumped on to three or four slices!! ??????????? I attempted to at least eat the bacon bad idea! It tasted likeBeggin Strips(yes the dog treats yes I know from first hand experience rofl!) Not only that it also tasted sour ???????????. Thebread sticks? Horribly burnt nubs! I could never have sent that out of my spot! Almost $30 worth of horrible food! I called tolet them know all of this and the call was mysteriously dropped. We tried to order food but we?re denied multiple times. They said we complained but we have never complained about any of the... food we?ve ordered from them. Despite telling them this they continued to refuse letting us reliever from them and even hung upon my daughter simply for asking them to explain why we were being refused. We are confused and despite normally having backcustomers service from them this just sent it over the top. I usually don?t write reviews but in case anyone is going throughthis too you aren?t alone and it?s most likely not your fault. There may be a bug in this system that marked down our addressinstead of the person who was complaining but despite this the way they treated my child knowing it was a child wasn?t ok. Read more
I had ordered lunch for me and co workers and had them delivered today. When I receive my pizza, cheese bread stick, and wings... they had been flip over cause my pizza stuck to the lid of the box, ranch dipping sauce was under the hot wings so the ranch wastold hot for anyone to use. I typically don't bother with reviews, especially on big chain restaurants. The staff members in chain restaurants usually... changes so much service could be completely different in a short period of time. But I've been ordering from this Papa John'sfor over 2 years. I paid $20 for a pizza with what was supposed to have been extra cheese (not), pepperoni (maybe 5 pieces on large), same with... the sausage. I would have been better off getting a pizza from the frozen food section at the grocery store. On top ofeverything else it was cold. Do not waste your money at papa johns. Read more
