The service at Panera Bread at the Brodhead Center on Duke Campus was awful.When I received my oatmeal with strawberries it was... cold.I let one of the workers know and I was told,"There is a microwave around the corner". Never Again. Read more

If this Panera were not on Duke's campus, and did not therefore have a captive customer base of students, I feel confident it... would go out of business in a few months. Seems like every time I visit they find a new way to be incompetent. I'm tired ofgiving them chances to get it right. If you can, go to the Panera on 9th Street instead, where the management knows what it isdoing. Read more
After waiting 30mins plus 10mins fuss about refund (then being told that they had the soup I wanted so no refund needed), it... turned out that they put ROTTEN avocado in my salad. The picture on the left is all avocado. Read more
