Please be aware of manager Oscar. I ordered 3 sandwiches. However, I returned the food to the restaurant due to the sloppiness... an inaccuracy of the order. I advised Oscar I did not want the food and requested a refund. He stated he could not give me arefund due to Paneras system being down. The system was not down as people were placing orders and orders were being processed.As I returned the food, I?m not sure as to what his real reason was for denying me a refund. We've gotten take out twice in two weeks & it was beyond perfect! The food was incredible & fresh & customized to our requests.... We have a closer location, but this will be our go to location now! The take pride in what they serve their customers & thatbrings us back! I honestly don't believe any place has gotten our food order correct in a year or more! Great staff thatcares!!! Read more
This location almost always forgets part of the order. I cannot even use delivery anymore. Otherwise you have to call for a... refund and you may be left with no lunch to eat. Apologies don't fill you up. Today they forgot my salad. The grilled cheesesandwich was not grilled but microwaved. They forget croutons for the French soup so often I don't expect to receive them. Theyare almost always out of most pastries. Same problem everywhere. People just don't care even when they're being paid to do ajob. Read more
EW! Frustrated that I didn?t open my to go bag before leaving. How could you look at this and think ?yeah that?s fine to serve... to a customer??! No clue what that white stuff is. Maybe dressing?! But there?s a closed container of (non white) vinaigrette inthere too. And it?s all over the outside of the box. Disgusting. Not to mention the bread that looks like it?s been chewed on.Gross. I ordered breakfast for a work event and unfortunately it was not good at all. The sandwiches were cold and barely had anything... on them. It was mostly just dry bread. They were on time in delivering the order, which I appreciated. Read more
Disappointed. First time here and didnt know the process. However I realized my name had moved to "ready for pickup" but didnt... see my oder anywhere. Asked the the worker about it and she had an attitude telling me to relax. I wasn't even upset, but afterseveral people who came after me got their order I went to ask again and she snapped "we cant move you to the front, you have towait your turn. We cant move you to the front of the line". Id never asked for that but after 5 more mins I asked for a refundsince I had a meeting to get to. She snapped again but this time one of the people behind the desk realized my order had indeedbeen left behind...they then made it super quick. I just know the employee had been super respectful to people who looked likeher. She didnt treat me, who didnt look like her pretty terribly. Read more
staff is friendly and most of the outlets work. The WIFI is terrible. 3 out of 5 visits it was either disconnecting constantly... or not working at all. They have a big poster on the wall that says "call us if you are experiencing trouble with PaneraWIFI". Don't bother. They just ask you to go to the counter and ask the staff to reboot the modem. Then when that don't workthey just say oh well, we will look into it. I only come here for AC and wifi. Lord knows the food is nothing special. Read more
