Literally the worst Moe's I have encountered. I am not pleased with my experience here at Moe's, I even spoke to the Manager... Jose and he was not apologetic at all. I called multiple times as well and put me on hold for over 20 minutes his claim was thatthe phones were off but I clearly spoke to someone and they put me on hold. I expect to hear from Moe's Corporate soon. This isnot great customer service and I would rather travel farther distance to go to another Moes then go to this one unless they canshow me another chance but they couldn't even attempt the first time. Man, this place use to be great. Now, i doubt I will return. was there on 08/23/22. 11;00am. They paid no attention to making my... burrito then failed to ask if i wanted a drink. The burrito sucked. No flavor and just not the essence of what Moes used to be. Read more
This used to be a very nice Moe?s but in the past two years it has become disgusting. The floors are dirty. The drink machine... has soda splattered all over it and it?s never clean. The grills are dirty looking. Two of the staff members were tossing abeanie hat back and forth over the ingredients so it seems very likely hair or dirt could have gotten on the food. There aredirty trays set out too. I also saw them leave a plastic spatula on the grill and it melted on the grill. They tried to serve memy quesadilla on the grill where the melted plastic had been. Obviously I couldn?t eat something that might have melted plasticon it. Anyway, the whole place is really gross. Don?t go there. Something needs to change at this place. I won?t be back. Read more
Moe's is one of my family's favorite foods but we'll probably never eat at this location again. We ordered for my son's... birthday. Four burritos and queso. No queso and not one of the burritos was even close to correct. And the receipts taped to theburritos were correct so it's not likely we had someone else's order. We responded to the shop three times for refunds with noresponse. After a third contact we got an email but still no refund. It's been more than a month and I've been reaching outweekly. This is obviously the fault of ownership/management, who clearly are not investing in their customer experience. I'mreally sad to have had this happen. Read more
When you get there the classic Moe Monday deal is advertised on their flyer in small print as now in-app-only. The problem is... that the app shows the meal at full price, nearly triple. A woman in front of me voiced the same issue and the cashier correctedit with a smile. However, when I got to the register, dealing with the same cashier insisted I was on the hook for the full mealprice. After a whirlwind of back and forth between employees and computer changes I finally got the advertised price. As I washanded my receipt, the cashier yells at me that "I only paid $5!" as if I actually cheated them out of something. I offered hermy copy of the receipt showing I paid their price, which was what she entered in, and she refused to acknowledge it. Read more
Last weeks order was great....today's was messed up. The nachos were gross. Ice cold with stale chips, my drink was missing, and... got less than 1/2 the chips I ordered. Basically paid $25 for a cheese quesadilla. Very disappointing! Read more
Most moes are always five stars, but this one had stale chips. Also the floor was very slick because they probably used the mop... from the kitchen with Greece on it. They fixed the chips though and were very nice. The food is always good. I love theirburritos and sweet tea. They have a great drink machine. If you are around you should definitely go and try this moes out. Ilove this moes. Read more
Food is good and good size burrito. Only thing is double check your bags before you leave because sometimes they will miss... some burrito?s and other stuff that you ordered. Then you had to come back and pick it up which was a headache. Read more
