The drive through attendant failed to take my order correctly. When I noticed it not being placed on the board, I repeated it... twice. With a frustrated voice she asked me repeatedly to pull to the window while still adding the items. She did not read backmy order nor did the cashier at the window. When I received my order I told them I was missing the pancakes I ordered. She askedfor the receipt. When I looked at it I, said: "No they did not bill me for it even after I repeated my order twice and keptbeing asked to move on." The lady at the front window began to speak Spanish insulting me. She said: " She is lying with her biganimal trunk." Little did she know I am bilingual and understood it all. I began to say the complaint in spanish and theylooked at each other. A co- worked said just close the window and did. She shut the window on my face. Not only was my ordernot placed correctly it was served incorrectly. Among my order was a Bacon Egg Cheese McGriddle, but received it on a biscuitinstead. They are so focused on being so speedy and rush so much that they fail to offer a great customer service experience.Customers are treated as numbers, are not being listened to, and insulted instead of addressed for resolution. Drive thru is super speedy and on top of it. Fastest service in all of Durham McDonald?s. Employees here should get paid at... least $20/hr because of their proficiency. Great job! Read more

They opened at 5 o'clock I waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes then pulled up at the 1st window and the lady... wouldn't even look at me and ignored me and I know she could hear me and then I pulled up at the 2nd window and knocked at the2nd window and the lady ignored me and I know that she could hear me so then I backed back up to the 1st window she ignored meagain... come back to the 2nd window again she finally opened it up and looked at me like I was crazy. I said haven't you beenopen since 5 o'clock she couldn't even speak English to answer me. She looked at me like I was crazy. If you're supposed to beopen at 5 o'clock please be open at 5 o'clock and if you are late attending to your customers please be courteous and polite andbe able to speak English. They didn't even have their headsets on or even attempted to be open when they were supposed to be. Read more

People are super nice and accommodating but what?s with the awful food. They pre-cook everything, the tenders literally taste... like they have been dropped in the fryer 3-4 times before they actually sell them. The fries are either soggy or burnt. Notgoing to lie, I might be able to finally lose some weight cause I?m tired of being unsatisfied with Americas favoriterestaurant! Read more

Whoever the lady is that works at 3:51pm with glasses at the front makes the whole place a bad vibe. Time and time again if I... order something on the app or in person I should get it. Sauce is free on the app if I order more than one please give it and ifyou charge I?m not broke I?ll pay for it. After I showed her on receipt she tells me that she dosnt see it on her screen andthen ignored me again and again. 1 worker can bring the value of a entire place down really. Read more
