There is nothing quite like being ignored... and then getting an eye roll...when bringing to the staff's attention that my order... was wrong. I visited on 10/15/22 around 5pm and this was my experience. Its pretty obvious that the young lady that acted thisway doesn't want to work there. Worst McDonald's on the planet. Expect to be ignored and have your order wrong. Especially after like 6pm. You can watch like a... fish tank people drive up wait and not receive service let alone be acknowledged. The customer service is comparable toauschwitz. Do not go to this McDonald's if you value your time. They take the fast out of fast food. 0/10 rather get hit by atruck. Read more
I visited here recently to pick up an order for door dash. It was late at night so the lobby was closed. There was a note on the... door that said ring the door bell for delivery orders. So I rang it....the people inside didn't move or even acknowledge myexistence so I assumed the doorbell didn't work. I knocked on the door. The girl with the big fro just shook her head at me. Iknocked again and pointed at my phone so they would know I just need a pick up. No response. Another employee (tall black manwho I'm assuming is a manager) came up to the door so I ran up and tried to explain to them I'm a delivery driver. They saidthey're not letting people in. But I tried to tell them I didn't need to come inside, I just need my customers order. They cutme off and told me I have to get in line in the most snappy way. The girl with the fro had a bad attitude. So because theydidn't want to follow the sign that THEY PUT ON THE DOOR my customer had to wait an extra 40 min for his food! Read more

Manager rude. Asked to come in to get door dash order. Door was locked. Walked in the store after a customer let me in. No one... never greeted me and when I finally did hear from someone it was the manager. He told me to back up and then proceeded to helpanother customer who walked in after me. Then turned around and called out my number. I told him it was mine and he said nexttime tell someone my number. I do not know what his issue is but this is not professional. Read more
Everything I come here no one says hello or can I help you and after 3 people walk past me and still say nothing to me I ask can... some to take my order. They take 15 mins for a fish sandwich meal and my food is cold ...how can this be ???? if yall going upon Prices ima need to get some good customers service and my food look like it is on the pictures. I use this McDonald's because it's on my route to Duke Medical Center, and the food won't be cold by the time I arrive. It is... hands down, the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Hours are wrong. Card machines don't work, Rude staff, orders arewrong. After my last visit, when I arrived before closing and no one would respond. I drove to the window and the staff wasjust eating and not taking anymore orders. I drove away to find one where the management was better. Read more
