There's no point in renovating the restaurant if the employees act like they can't open the doors for customers. Absolutely no... reason why this is the only open restaurant in the area but the doors are always locked WAAYYY past opening time! It's currently7:30 am and like usual, the doors are locked. Everybody doesn't drive, especially in this area. Some of us like myself get offat 7 am so there's no reason why I should be walking from my job only to find out the doors are locked during open hours!! Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service, It's so unfortunate that it's the closest to my house. So rude and irresponsible. I... ordered chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw, had to through it away. When I get a large frappe, they literally fill the cupas if it's medium not large. Unfortunately I will have to drive 20 to get to the other McDonald's, but I would do it so I won'thave with these people. So disappointed. Definitely do not recommend coming here. Read more
This use to be a decent place to eat at service and food is horrible bring back the Latino workers ASAP!! Make McDonald?s great... again and please fire who ever y?all have on Drive tru doesn?t know anything about customer service. Read more
9 out of 10 this place is a disaster. Employee's are rude, angry, and do not know the meaning of customer service. Drive thru... takes FOREVER! no greeting when you pull up to the receiver and a 3-5 minute delay for someone to recognize I'm there so I canorder. Turns out the person taking orders is on her phone between every order she takes. This place needs new management ASAP. Itry to avoid this place at all costs. Read more
Said they were only taking Postmates and Uber eats at 7pm at night. No indication on the website or anywhere outside the store... that this was a policy. Pretty sure the employees were just lying to get out of working. Read more
I've always stopped by at lunch. Experience is very binary, it's either excellent for McDonald's standards or it's a hot mess... and I usually just leave and go somewhere else. Usually the food is hot, non-stale bread, etc... One or two times I've beengiven a completely garbage sandwich. Never upsetting level bad though, you stop here because it's a compromise anyways. Whenexpectations are very low, it's hard to disappoint. If it's regular lunch hour and the line isn't wrapped around the building,it will probably be fine. Staff is always kind in my experience. After going thru the drive thru I was told to wait by the door for my order , after waiting for 10 minutes and seeing nobody in... the drive thru I went back around to and ask where my order was. They were all talking at the cash register. A girl said theyhad to make the food very rudely and the manager handed me my food. I got home took a bite of my burger and it was raw. Myfriend had also got a burger he bit he?s and it was also raw. Just disgusting. Never going to this location again. Horribleteenager workers no idea how to cook or manage. They asked me to park when I ordered French fries on the drive through and serviced about 7 cars giving them all the food while... I was waiting 20 minutes for a French fries.
