I don't know why I continue to order anything from this McDonald's on Hillsborough Rd. because I have issues Every. Single.... Time. I went to the Drive-thru on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 around 8:30pm & there was 1 car in front of me. I waited & waited& waited.....I never heard the car in front of me order anything & after 5 minutes she left & I waited for someone to take myorder and after waiting about 2 minutes I left as well. A week later, on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 @1:30pm I stopped at thesame location....Hoping it would be better going around lunchtime.....and NOPE!! Someone did take my order but, as USUAL, guesswhat wasn't working? I'm sure everyone knows.....the famous "Ice Cream Machine" isn't working!! I only stopped at that locationbecause it was on my way home. That Visit was MY LAST Visit!! I will go out of my way to eat before I Ever go back to thislocation. This is the WORST mcdonalds i have been at, and I have been at some horrible ones. Each time we come here there is always an... issue. This time we were greeted over the intercom with an attitude. Then it took forever to wait for our food. The lady at thesecond window didn't even know what we ordered. She literally had to ask us. Then when we got our food it was COLD. The frieswere barely warm like they were sitting in a warmer. Train your staff or get new staff. It is absolutely ridiculous the lack ofcustomer service you get here. Read more
This is the worst McDonalds? I will never set foot in there again. My sister ordered the big happy meal only - not box, no toy... so really just paid $10 for a chicken nugget meal. The food took 15 mins to get (not an exaggeration) and it was cold. The ladytossed the bag on the counter and I asked for my happy meal (kids) I also ordered and she replied ?I gave to you already? ? itwas on the back counter? They made me show my receipt to prove, I indeed buy a meal that came with the fries they didn?t give me. The carton of fries... they finally gave me was less then 1/2 full at best. They did not give me the sauce for my kids nuggets (which was the meal weordered). When we drove back and my 10 yr old daughter went back in for sauce, they gave her a hard time. She told me theywere all standing in the back laughing. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCD LOCATION, the management is beyond awful. Of course the ice creammachine was broken. I acknowledge this is a fast food establishment, and the labor market is rough, but I?ve literally neverhad such a bad experience ordering fries, chicken nuggets and a drink for my kids. Rude staff, poorly run. STAY AWAY! Ownersand mangers of this location: YOU HAVE THE WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO - congratulations, I?m happy to tell people to stayaway because you clearly do no care. I live locally and have generally avoided coming here because this is not a uniqueexperience, but my last experience was so exceptionally poor, I felt compelled to spend my time warning others to stay far, faraway. To be quite honest they treated us like trash and could have cared less if they had helped us or not the bad thing is we left... the one at wellons village to go here because we never got waited on they would not give a service and the girl behind thecamera so hateful she told us to leave because of that skin color. It truly broken out hearts called the main office and theysaid they would take care of it it would never happen again but we've been down this road before and the people at the mainoffice could care less as well we thought we would get better service at the next location because it's a different store andit's what my family wanted be as of now we're done with McDonald's period Read more
Worst service every time. I?ll never go back to this McDonald?s and for anyone who chooses to May god be with you. Iv had my... money taken twice through mobile app. And false times are always present here where you order they charge the account and thenthey don?t come to the window. They don?t come to door for customers when they see you. This location should really be closeddown. Cause seems it can never get any good employees to work it. This was the absolute worst experience. We went thru the drive thru because we are on a road trip and needing something... quick. WRONG. After ordering our food we get to the 1st window and the cashier advises us of our total which seems cheapconsidering we ordered one happy meal and 2 Big Mac meals. So we confirm with the cashier are you sure this is correct he sayshe is positive. We get to the 2nd window where we are handed our food. We knew immediately the order was incorrect so we askwhere our other meal was. The very very rude employee advised us having to wait for them to make it would hold up the line wewould need to go back around. To me they were all very rude and very very combative and unhelpful. To top it off we ordered mydaughter a kids meal a 6 piece at that and only received 3 nuggets in a 4 piece box and our fries were so cold so I?m assumingtheir warmer doesn?t work like their ice cream machine. So much for 21$ an hour. Very very disappointed and would be embarrassedto say I work there if I were them. They have the worst customer service. Read more
