If I could give zero stars, I would. At first, they couldn't find our mobile order even though they had us pull through the... drive thru. Then they had us park and wait. It was over 20 mins and we'd heard nothing, so my husband went to check on theorder. They said they had made the food, but none of the drinks we ordered were available. They threw out the food and weregoing to start over since it was cold. My husband asked if we could just cancel the order, but they said we'd have to on theapp. According to the app, the order went through and we had no option to cancel. They should have told us to begin with theydidn't have everything we ordered available. We could have cancelled then and there and saved a ton of time. Because theyproceeded to make the order, it charged me and we waited and waited for nothing. My husband waited for someone to help him geta refund, but they ignored him. They just said he'd have to call and offered no help. Why can they not just refund the money? My husband was very irritated by this point and they said "oh look he's going to go in his car and cry.". How completelyunprofessional. They even threatened to call the police, but for what? He wasn't cussing or threatening or anything. He justwanted to be helped. He had every right to be angry. If I could give this raggedy place a negative star I most definitely would the customer service is terrible every time you go... there is always a problem with the order. And Sunday 6/11/22 I pulled up it was a crackhead laid out outside in the front of therestaurant having an episode another was in the drive thru I tht the drive thru only served ppl in CARS!!!! Yes they served hersmh then my order was dead wrong I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and was only charged for 1 I specifically asked for 2. Where to start? This establishment is a bad joke. 7 people standing up front not doing a thing while the place is packed. These... fine folks managed to not only mess up 1 order but 2 orders in my party within 10 minutes. When I tried to get my ordercorrected I realized they did not even give me a receipt to double check my order. Employees were useless when it come toresolving the issue. I ended up going to Hardee?s to get the missing parts of my order. Refuse to stop here anymore, and if youdon?t want shotty service while having bums begging from you then I recommend you find another location. Read more
