Fish sandwich tastes rotten. One bite and into the garbage it went Ate the fries, however this was clearly a wasted trip.
I have been to more than 50 McDonald's over the last 10 years & this McDonald's is the worst ever. The service was TERRIBLE. My... inside order took 3 times the wait I expected. After a long wait I finally went to the pickup station & showed them my receipt. My order had been sitting on a table getting cold. No one ever called my receipt #. My cheeseburger was cold as well as myfries. I had to go back to the pickup counter again to get my drink. I was doing dine-in & noticed that many of the tables weredirty & even more tables had food & trash on the floor under the tables. I think it will be a very long time until I eat at anyMcDonald's again. A lousy meal + terrible service + a dirty dinning room means mark McDonald's off of my list of quality placesto get a good lunch. Read more
No one working up front. Kiosk does not allow special orders. Placed order. Waited over 10 minutes but my number never came up.... Gave up and went somewhere else. They are drastically understaffed or goofing off on the back. I was there at 5:30PM. Read more
Rude as hell, I had a pick up order and it said it would take around 5 minutes (okay not too bad). I ended waiting 30 MINUTES I... come inside and there is around 8 others waiting on their food as well. I asked for my order and the woman was rude. Almosttossed my stuff to the counter. Great customer service but....workers are inadequately trained causing the ordering process to be extremely slow and even a... longer wait to receive your food. It baffled me to see that the food preparers were not wearing gloves! Seriously?!?! Drivethru is always slow moving. The team member did not know how to input and utilize the codes from the app which is paramount inthis technology driven world! Manager needs to have an exclusive and extensive hands on training day with her staff. Read more
This place Never gets the order correct. I had to return twice for a 4 piece happy meal! No special order just basic happy meal... and they can't get that right?? The Manager replaced the order, I get home and it's 3 nuggets and 2 of them are spicy! What inthe world. I promise today was my last day going there! Read more
