On a Friday (today) at 10:45 am this place had 2 cars parked outside and the store was closed. I think they are doing the same... thing i have seen at other fast food places, one or two employees clock in for work, but never open the doors for customers.Seems like stealing company money in my opinion. If I could leave a ?0? and no stars I would. Walked in to place order & I was the only customer. I stood there for several... minutes while 2 employees stood there & had a conversation, ignoring me! The chicken was NOT hot, order was filled incorrectlyand the (4) biscuits were soo stale & hard they actually sounded like a ROCK when I dropped it on my stone floor!! This place isa JOKE! If I could find a way to place a formal complaint with corporate headquarters I most definitely will! Goodbye foreverKFC!!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would after waiting in line for over 1 hour in the drive through was served inedible dried old chicken... that looked like it was refried several times and was not even hot. The tender fill up meal had stale fries and no cookie. Thedrinks were wrong I asked for no ice. When I asked to get a another drink they gave the same with ice again. I didn?t want towait another half hour for a drink then get home to find this horrible inedible food. The person at the drive through was quickseemed overwhelmed even with all the extra wait time. The Hillsborough Rd one is usually good. Except when we went tonight, pretty sure they closed at 11p and confirming online, we... decided to stop there to pick up food for my step-son after my husband and I picked up our food from a different place. We getto the drive thru and sit for a couple minutes before saying "hello?" The lady who answered said they close at 10p and wasapologetic and very nice. We drove around to double check their hours and the numbers were peeled off of the window. Im hopingthey update their hours online and have them posted. Our son was disappointed, since he really loves their new fries. But Iguess now we know. Read more

This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I ordered KFC using the drive through. Twelve pieces of original chicken, three sides (mashed potatoes... with gravy, corn, and slaw), six biscuits. The order was accurate upon receiving. Service was good and fast. The pieces ofchicken were small and dry, corn was over cooked, and biscuits were hard. Slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy were good. Driving GA to VA and stopped for wings. I'm writing this review because I'm not going this place anymore. I like the KFC hot... wing since 1991 when it came out, but I no longer like it because of today. When I was in, I was not welcomed which wasokay. No line in front of me, cashier didn't pay attention to me. The other two crew were talking each other, and cashier waslooking at them. So I also kept looking her face until she looked me, and she finally said "what do you want". I asked herabout the option for hot wings quantity, because I couldn't find it on their menu and she said it comes 5, 10, 20... whatever Iwant. So I ordered 20 pieces. She told me that I need to wait. I asked her how long and she said 10 min. I said okay. I wasgoing to order the drink too but she told me the total amount for wing, so I didn't order the drink since she didn't ask.(thatmade me to change my mind) After about 10 min later, I saw the crew was putting my wings in the box. The last piece was almostthrow in very tough. And It looks like nothing left in their food warmer. And he said in the air, 20 piece wing!! The wing boxwas sitting on the prep table for 3 min even I was looking at it. Nobody brought it to me, then the cashier tossed it to me. Theother customers, their order was handed from other crews as normal. But not mine. I should open and inspect before leaving theplace. I had to rush, so I just walked out and just started eating while driving, I could not even see how look like mywing. But I stopped my car at the rest area to inspect my food because I found very tiny piece of wing. I hoped no count forthis small piece. The photo is showing 3 pieces left in the box. The biggest one is regular size of the wing. I received total19 pieces wings and 2 pieces smaller than half size if the wing. So I can tell I only received 17 pieces instead of 20. Last two times I have visited, drive thru did not move at all for 20+ min. This past time 3 cars backed out of the drive thru... and left because they were waiting so long. Read more
