When you order online and go in for pick up when you walk in it takes 10-20 mins for someone to even notice you are there. They... don't place the food bags in the pick up area. They make you wait until they are ready to acknowledge you for you to get yourfood. I should be able to walk in the store and grab my food. That is why I ordered online. They messed up my order and thentook forever to fix it. Got it wrong twice. I had to repeat my order 4 times before they got it right. The KFC here is TERRIBLE!Food was cold, still didn't get the extra crispy chicken I wanted! plus they should not have gotten rid of taco bell! I won'teat here again! Read more
Only had chicken legs and sweet tea. No sodas available and chicken will take 20 minutes. I left.
5.30pm, no customers around, albeit two cars in the drive through. Out of chicken - 30 minutes until the next batch. Soda... machine on the customer side, as well as the side for customers in the drive through, are broken (no carbonation). Placeprobably needs some new management. Read more
Food was good. As you'd expect it to be. Service was fine. The big problem was the drink fountain for self serve in the dining... room. I'm not sure what was wrong with it but anything that came out of it tasted awful. I could tell some of the carbonateddrinks were low on the carbonation and others way too high. But it seemed the taste was in all the drinks like the water linehad bad tasting water going into all the drinks . Ask them to make your drink from the drink machine behind the counter. Read more
Walk-in 7/16 around 5, the lady in the front was very friendly. Great service! Bought the 12 piece meal they were slammed with a... bunch of 12 pieces but we?re on a roll and still kept a smile on their face. We?re running low on legs substituted other piecesof chicken. I forgot my $1200.00 smart phone after eating lunch. The manager, Anthony used it and called my son letting him know that he... found it and kept it until I returned. He was very pleasant and honest. The food was fresh and hot. Thank you KFC for employinghonest folks! I will return to this establishment. Read more
Worst experience ever. The service was slow. I had a hair in my food my chicken was burnt and they forgot my side to my other... meal and both my drinks. When I asked for extra sauce the man in the window said no and closed the window. Another man waswatching my through the window and when I looked at him he liked his lips at me?disgusting! And when I called to complain a mannamed ?me.randy? answered and said the manager said he was ?too busy? to speak to me and then while I was complaining about myservice they hung up on me!!! Food is always good and hot, but how many times will they forget my spork!!! It's hard to eat a Famous Bowl with fingers!!... Anyway, staff is always friendly and if you go through the drive thru, you get an inspirational quote while they are taking yourmoney!! Thumbs up from me!! Read more
