This is my absolute favorite place to ever eat! Unfortunately I live a hour away from every single one... Still worth the 2 hour... round trip drive literally twice a week! No matter what location I go to I know it's going to taste the exact same as otherlocations keep up the amazing work jimmy John's! But maybe we can make a day of long haul deliveries ???? Read more

After the JJ?s on Page Road screwed up my order horribly, we called this one to see if there was any chance they would fix it... for us so we didn?t spend an hour round-trip at the other one. Much to my surprise, they actually did agree to fix the order atno cost to us. The store was very well-run and we?ll continue to frequent this store. Thank you so much! Read more

You know, I actually like the food here and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Problem is, cannot get my order right.... Each time I order the #12 minus the cheese/mayo, I have to physically watch the sandwich being made and frequently interveneduring the process to ensure my order is correct. Today, I failed to do this and predictably arrived back at my office with anincorrect order. Checked the ticket that accompanies the sandwich down the line and it clearly states "NO cheese" and "NO mayo".I know mistakes happen, part of life. But this is just too consistent and I just cannot understand it. I take the time to cometo their place of business, place an order and pay money for that order. It seems they could take the time to ensure the orderis correct. Not just because it's the freaking job but also as an expression of appreciation that I've chosen to spend my moneyat their establishment instead of elsewhere. I guess when enough people go elsewhere, they'll figure it out. Not holding mybreath though. Read more

I recently placed an online catering order, only to find out upon arrival to the store for pickup that I accidentally placed it... on the wrong day! The Jimmy John's staff, especially the Store Manager David, were incredibly accommodating, and were able tomake 120 mini sandwiches to feed 60 people within 45 minutes!!!! They absolutely saved my day from my own careless mistake. Iwas so impressed, and will absolutely be utilizing this store for future catering needs. I would recommend the 9th St JimmyJohn's to anyone looking for a fantastic caterer who goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, thank you, thankyou!!!! Read more

This is probably about the third time they've done this to me but when I order online I don't know if they just don't like that... I customize it or what but they make and an edible instant my sandwich doesn't come with peppers I ask for easy Peppers extraonions and extra lettuce the onions for the normal amount same with lettuce but I have a mountain of peppers literally amountain of peppers they stacked up when I took them all out into a small hill last time they put so much lettuce on it youcouldn't even close it and smothered it with oil and vinegar with the nephew's thing I have ever had and this picture that isfrom half of a sandwich Read more

Major staffing/quality control/management issues going on at this location. Ordered delivery for two sandwiches at 3pm on a... Sunday - far from peak hours. Long story short, waited 1.5 hours for poorly made food with no help or update from anyone workingthere. Driver did apologize for the delay, but that?s about it. Suggestions for the owner/manager: hire or allocate moredrivers, have better oversight on quality, ensure your workers know how to handle basic customer service interaction, and makeclear to customers if an order is going to be significantly delayed when/after ordering Read more
