Don?t waste time ordering ahead of time to pickup. Second time had to wait excessive amounts of time when I ordered 30 minutes... before as I watch customers walk in, order and get their sandwich ahead of me. Read more

I love Jimmy Johns but this store has problems. Delivery takes more than 1 hour and 2 of the last 6 orders were delivered to the... WRONG address. I live in a good apartment complex and they tried to say someone took my food both times. I got replacementsandwiches delivered but the experience was horrible. Read more

Service Is Trash: Stepped up to the counter. Cashier 'barely there', paying no attention. "HUH? CAN... I...UH...HELP..YOU...OR...WHATEVER". I explained I wanted an Italian and already they're making my sandwich before I stated thatI wanted wheat bread, no mayo, a pickle and other things. I guess the motto "freaky fast delivery" doesn't exist anymore. I figured I would order delivery to save me some time from... having to leave work to pick up my lunch order. It took 1hr & 10mins. to get my food.... the restaurant is only about 5 min awayfrom my job. Won't be doing that again. Read more
