This location does not have appropriate pickup services. When trying to pick up an order, the staff raised their voice at... me. Overall, I was informed that the order for pickup was not available and would not be remade without additional confirmationfrom delivery app support. This itself is less of an issue and more of a delay in the process, though an inconvenience to thecustomer and others involved. However, the staff felt it was appropriate to raise their voice at me; when I shared that I wasuncomfortable with how they were speaking to me, they lowered it to repeat themselves, only to then raise it again and declarethat it was because they were a tall black man. He additionally remarked about needing to repeat himself again in Spanish. Thismade no sense in the context of our interaction and there was never any reason for him to raise his voice. I didn't yell, raisemy voice, or ask for anything inappropriate; I had already called the customer and confirmed in front of staff that they had notreceived their order. The staff told me that some other driver had probably stolen it. Why become irate or agitated if I try torectify an order issue for a customer instead of just leaving? The customer said that they had already waited over an hour fortheir order. If you understand my position as you loudly expressed, then why are you raising your voice at me at all? I hadcalmly shared that this was my time, my energy, my everything, and that I just wanted to complete the delivery. I stood theretrying to contact support while some of the other staff and walk-in customers smiled or chuckled; this staff member received afist/elbow bump for his race remark. Gender, height, and ethnicity have never before been a topic or issue in my deliveries,and I am not someone that typically leaves one-star reviews. The cookies are great, I'm sure of that, they are always busy and usually have a line. I am rating it a 2 as far as picking up... for Uber Eats or any delivery service. I have tried to pick up deliveries from here twice. The first time the woman told me thatit wouldn't take long, I waited 20 minutes and ended up leaving. The second time that I went at night, there was a long line andI waited 10 minutes and left. They have their own delivery driver and they can deliver their cookies, not sure why they don'thave a separate counter or rack for delivery drivers to pick up their orders so things will run more smoothly. I placed an order online at 8:43 pm, didn?t see any progress on my order, so I called at 10:20 to ask about the status of the... order to which they kindly told me someone had already picked it up to deliver it. I patiently waited another hour and hadn?treceived my order yet. At 11:20, a delivery driver (thank you Lisa, if you?re seeing this!) finally called me and asked if I hadreceived my order, because she was assigned it but the people inside said someone had already picked it up. I told her no andthe situation that had transpired. She was nice enough to approach the staff for me and get my order remade and brought me myorder. I waited a total of 3 hours for 6 cookies. I went on a late Saturday night and the staff was mostly friendly. The cookies are overpriced and the parking situation is hard.... Be careful or you will get ticketed or towed. Read more

Fast fun and friendly the young lady at the desk was knowledgeable and ready to give me the hot and just out of the oven cookies... social distancing was on point and everybody had a mask on whether it was needed or not. Beautiful store the great for thelate-night snack ice cream and other toppings perfect for a late night study session. I will be ordering again. Excellent service. Parking is IMPOSSIBLE for a quick in & out service. Prices are at an peak level but they are the warmest,... softest cookies I?ve ever had. Read more
