People were coming into drive thru and no one responded to the intercom, drove to the window and no one acknowledged us, and no... sign posted so we went inside to get our food. I got the super sausage and the egg looked old. Read more
I get off work at 5:30 am and by the time I make it here the store hours say 6am on the window as well as online. Needless to... say you sit to the menu and nothing, drive to the window and don?t see anyone for about 5 mins sitting there. If your not openthen change your times everywhere, but for now I?ll stick to McDonalds. Very disappointing. Read more
Take out was very good. I love the famous star cheeseburger combo. The burger always has fresh lettuce tomato and onions. And... the fries are always hot. The employees are pleasant and quick to get the order finished. Read more
While the food was good, the customer service in my opinion wasn't good. When I received my order, I didn't see the receipt, so... I asked the person who I think was the manager. Instead of being considerate she was rude and dismissive telling me the receiptwas in the bag (Which it was) and tapping the counter at me as if I was a child, that was totally unnecessary and poor customerservice. Food was good and the staff was friendly. However, they didn't have gravy after ì ordered a breakfast platter. In addition... they could not provide change from a $50 bill. Customer service was not good. Read more
I stopped in for a quick breakfast for myself and my aunt. The order was correct and quick. The girl at the "food window" was... nice and put up with me trying to find change. I had just made it to town after a 14 hour drive and my brain had not turned onyet. Our order was hot and a great way to start the rest of the trip home after dropping her off at her house. Read more
Visited this Hardee's from out of town and all I can say is they need to come teach FL chains how to have food fresh like this.... Fries were nice and hot burger was great. My kids loved their tenders. When I xe back to NC I will definitely come here again Read more
Came in@9:30 am. Server was very nice to customer ahead of me. My turn, ask for a ham biscuit combo, rudely told the ham will... have to be cooked and I?m closing inside eating. Yeah I hope ham will be cooked, restaurant should have it prepared as folkscome in. Very disappointed and won?t be back. Read more
