My daughter and I stopped here for a milkshake on her birthday and the people here are so awesome that they had my daughter... giggling with a smile ear to ear. Quality is hard to find, especially in a food court. But we definitely found it at this, uh?let?s call it an? ?adorable ice cream oasis?... so we had to stop and write this review. Five stars! Tyra helped us and was unbelievably kind. My daughter had just fallen down in Claires and hurt her eye. Tyra was so sweet with... her and it just restored my faith in humanity. No Frozen Drinks available today, but Butter Pecan Cone was great, and my grandson enjoyed his too.

Costumer service was AMAZING! Me and my grandma came to try it out and they welcomed us and suggested us to try their mango... smoothie which I was AMAZED on how delicious it tasted , Definitely will come back again! Read more

Only one person in line in front of us, took over 5 minutes for the staff to make 2 cones for them. We ordered 2 milk shakes.... One of them couldn't be made because they were out of that ice cream. The one we picked instead had to be retrieved from theback before they could make it. An ice cream place that doesn't have ice cream ready for customers. All in all, took over 10minutes to get 2 milk shakes. Not a great experience. Ice cream was good though! Read more

Absolutely ridiculous I just stopped there to get my niece and myself each a milkshake...the two gentleman working asked me at... least 4 different times what we wanted and still couldn't get my order right...20 min and $20 later I'm stuck with something Ididn't order. Who knew that a regular Oreo milkshake and a small chocolate Oreo milkshake was so hard to make? Read more
