Ended up at Freddy's because I wanted a smashed burger. The ordering process was easy and the employees were friendly. I ordered... the bacon cheese burger with fries and a drink. Others in my party got a similar burger and onion rings. Our orders wereavailable when we got to the window. There were only 3 cars in front of us so we didn't have a long wait. The burgers were hotand all of our requested modifications were done correctly. I liked the flavor of the burger however I did not like the fries.I like a thin fry but these were too thin for me. I love this place, except today, Saturday Date night. We went in, the dining room has a few customers but was not the least... busy. Up to the counter to order and I think I must have been invisible...we stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge thatwe were there.....never happened. The least someone could do was say something like "we'll be right with you", nope, verydisappointed and will cool my wanting to go there for awhile. This was my second time to a Freddy's and my first time at this location. I went through the drive thru and the staff was very... helpful and patient with us making sure to repeat back our order to us so that everything was put in correctly. We got two ofthe original double combos and 3 kids meals. The only bummer was they were out of chicken tenders, but the kids were verysatisfied and happy with their hamburger patties! Everything was hot and delicious and we got plenty of condiments, and napkins.Everything was cooked to perfection! We will be back in the future to try the frozen custard. This was my first time trying them. It was a nice meal. I really enjoyed the burger, combo #3, and fries was great. I will say... that the prices took me back some because it was a bit on the expensive but I know it was because of it being a steak burger.Oh, the customer service was amazing and fast. Update: This is now my second time. I got the number 2. This place may be theonly place where I eat the burger before my fries......and fries are my favorite food, I ALWAYS eat my fries first. This food is okay but it?s way overpriced for being fast food. The style is similar to Smashburger where the burger patties are... smashed to smithereens during cooking so they have no real bite or substance. Trying to eat this food was an absolute messleaking grease and juices everywhere and they did not include any napkins with the order so definitely ASK FOR NAPKINS. Thestyle of fries is shoe-string style like In-n-Out so again not much substance to them but they are seasoned well. Everything hada really good smell to it and tasted okay but just felt overall not worth the money. If you want the bang for your buck and toend your meal feeling satisfied, you?re better off at McDonalds. Read more
