The employees, especially the cashier was very friendly and helpful with our children. He went out of his way to help us and... bring out the food to our table. The only reason I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because the bathrooms were dirty and thecleaner they used left streaks everywhere so it didn't look clean. This is second super negative experience at a freddy's restaurant (1st was Rocky Mount). We arrived at 9:30 p.m. for sundaes... and the posted hours say until 10 p.m. They had broke down the entire place for closing and we were treated like a majorhindrance. They made us puddles in a cup with ingredients that were just lying on front counter. The man that took our ordercontinued to clean instead of making our food. This will be my final trip to any Freddy's ever. Read more

Amazing fries, burgers and hot dogs! We stopped at Freddy?s 15-501 in Chapel Hill, NC, on the way to a concert I was Durham. I don't know if it was this location but it was in Durham. I ordered 3 combo meals through grub hub at work and 3 burgers and 1... side showed up. Missing 2 fries and 2 shakes. The grub hub driver literally said its not his problem. After taxes and fees Ipaid about $25 for a cheeseburger. It's unfortunate because the burger was good and we order out a few times a week but I am notrisking ordering here again. Read more

It?s my first time trying out Freddy?s! I found their chicken tenders to be flavorful! ???? The other two members of my crew... also found their meals to be yummy! I?m not usually the one to eat fries, but good gracious, their fries (which were quite thinversus other fast-food restaurant fries) were delicious!
