Absolutely amazing Crunchwrap. I wish I would have taken a picture when we cut it open because it was LOADED with goodness.... Onions tomatoes avocado lettuce, plus the meat made it incredible. Amazing. Mexican and variations are a big deal in this area, but these flavors have never been among my favorites. But holy... moly, is the food here ever GREAT! Had a chicken crunch wrap here the other day and it was one of the best Mexican/southernfusion things I've ever had. Maybe the best lunch in the last year. HUGE amount of tender, juicy chicken with queso and acrema, lettuce, pico, and a tostada, wrapped in an unusually delicious flour tortilla, held together with melted cheddar. This place is freaking delicious and we LOVE having them at DFH. Their COVID protocols have been amazing and we super appreciate... being able to quickly/easily order online and grab delicious quality Mexican food to eat either at the food hall, take acrossthe street to Glass Jug, or take home. The specials are always excellent, their hot sauce is magic, and the chips and queso aregreat. The hot cheese seal on the burritos is drool-worthy. There are some snotty Karen-type reviews below that should be 100%ignored?Durham loves this place. Eat a crunchwrap and your life will be better. Read more
This place had me at crunch wrap supreme. Plus it's in a food hall, so what's not to like? Covid-19: you can order and pay... online. The food hall was empty when I went in to pick mine up. It was set up to be one way. There are a couple of small tablesto eat at outside if it's not too cold. We got the Chorizo-Wrap Supremo and a Chicken and Plantain Burrito. The burrito wasgood, but I was hoping for a little more plantain flavor. The star of the show was the Chorizo-Wrap Supremo. As a huge CrunchWrap Supreme fan, this was perfect. It's obviously much better than a crunch wrap supreme, but it had all of the same elements.I loved the use of chorizo too. It was absolutely delicious. Ex Voto is so good! We stopped here today for lunch and I am so glad that we did. They had wonderful service. Every employee we... spoke with interacted with us kindly. Their menu options are limited but all look amazing! I literally wish we lived in Durhamso we could try it all. I got the chicken crunchwrap and it was perfection. The fillings were plentiful and the meat was sotender. Also the outside was covered with melted hoop cheese and my goodness, I am a convert. My husband got the chorizo bowl,and it was delicious as well. Well done Ex Voto! If we come back into town, this will be one of our first stops! Read more
