Service was terrible from the minute we walked in the door. The restaurant wasn?t busy at all. The staff was huddled together... at register near bar. Had to wait to be seated. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed more drinks, salsa or cheese. Queso got cold and we didn?t have chips. Waitress came to other booth near us and never looked our way to see if we neededanything. We have been coming here for at least ten years and the service has steadily declined. Read more
The food was exceptional, as always, but my service today was not up to their normal standards. I had to ask for lemons although... I ordered lemons with my tea. I had to ask for dressing with my salad, although I ordered dressing. I had to ask for extranapkins. The waitress was more interested in getting back to the waitress huddle than taking care of her customers, because theywere not crowded. Disappointed in todays service. Read more
I ordered vegetarian taco salad..It is so delicious and full of veggies, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole, and beans. It is... very filling as I eat the bowl along with the salad. I order this meal over and over again because it is so appetizing andappealing to the palate. Read more
My fiance and I went there a few minutes ago and they gave my fiance a cold burrito meal and then the Hispanic lady wouldn't... take his meal off the ticket because he ate some. How would we know it was ice cold if he hadn't tasted it. We had to bring itback to the house and microwave it. Customer service was sorry. Don't go there. They think African Americans will eat anything.Don't eat there. Read more
I couldn?t wait to share in the group chat the yummy looking ACC that I got. After taking a picture I noticed hair in it.... Apparently the cooks don?t wear hairnets. I drove back to make them aware and asked for a refund and didn?t received an apologyfor my disappointment with the meal and taking the drive back. Steak toquitoes(hope I spelled it right) black beans and rice. Flour tortillas warmed up just right for the rice n beans. 4... ????bc the salsa was watery. The ladies were really helpful. Never had to ask for my drink to be refilled. That's payingattention to the customers. Read more
El Rodeo has become a new favorite the atmosphere has always been welcoming and jovial. Staff was kind, patient and helpful with... answering questions.. The food was hot, delicious and more than enough. Not one complaint. Read more
