Every time we order they get it wrong. Either the food or drink is missing or it?s wrong. Order a matcha and get a chai latte,... order a cranberry orange muffin get a chocolate chip muffin, order a Boston cream donut get a blueberry muffin. We always checkour order before leaving but unfortunately some muffins look similar and my husband can?t tell if it?s wrong until eating it.I?ve gone back multiple times to have them fix the order but it?s still an issue. I think it?s time to stop ordering from thislocation. Read more

On 12/3/2022 I ordered my team and I 1 dozen donuts, not only did they give the wrong order to an unsuspecting grub hub driver,... but their phone line is not operational. We are unable cannot reach the store to fix order mix ups, and the driver has notreturned with my correct order. ---------- Read more

This is a woefully understaffed location. On two separate mornings, access to the inside portion of it weren't available BC of... staff shortage. Last but not least, there weren't muffins of any kind available. Read more

I came to this Dunkin? Donuts today to place an order for my son. And I while I?m waiting for an order in the drive-through, The... person before me was giving them a horrible time. Which of course, held up the line. They made everybody behind them wait but,when I got to the window Will made up for it. He was kind to me, and just so polite. I ordered avocado toast and it didn?t come with the roasted tomatoes so I asked for them and the person at the drive through... straight up refused to give me any. I was willing to pay extra for them too (although good customer service would have been justto give them to me or make me a new one). The women was incredibly rude and said she didn?t know how to ring up the extratomatoes so I couldn?t have any and then turned away from me and ignored me. I will never be coming back to this location thatis certain as it was one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. I would suggest others avoid this locationif possible as well. It?s a smaller location and the drive through can get backed up on the weekends. Driver beware. But, if you walk in I?ve never... had a problem standing in line. Read more

The worst! This location is an embarrassment to other one star reviews. Not only is the store the only one ?closed on the inside... due to staffing issues? (even though they have 9 people ?working? on the inside) After a almost 45 min wait the coffee is sowatered down it makes no sense. It?s like they ran out of syrup and said humm there?s a corner left I have a great idea let?sfill it with water and shake it up and charge $5 for it. My advice to the reader is to stick with Starbucks at least they willremake it when it?s bad. Read more
