I?ve been coming here everyday for some reason hoping it will change and it never does. I order the same exact thing everyday... and never is the same, I get something different almost everyday. The staff is completely rude half the time. I heard one girlthe other day ?why do they keep ordering that? one of the other girls that is extremely nice and awesome corrected her and said?because they can? I just don?t understand how they can mess up that bad coming from somebody that worked at Dunkin? Donuts allthrough high school college it just doesn?t make any sense. Stopped by to order a beverage. No one was really around at the register when I got there? so I proceeded to the self order... machine they have. Turns out the item I wanted was not listed, despite it being featured outside the store and on the menu. Noother customer was in the store, and maybe 1 car in drive through. Perhaps the cashier has had a long day as she was extremelyrude. I ordered Mangonada, which actually was really good (and would order again) but when the staff who made the drink tried toput on the lid carelessly, the cup tipped over and a good amount of the drink spilled out all over. Rather than remaking thedrink, the staff just pour the drink to a new cup and gave it to me. I was disappointed at the carelessness, given the drink wasnot inexpensive either (>$5). Would not recommend this Dunkin donut branch. There is one nearby on Hillsborough street. Read more
