If I could give this a negative star I would? the girl In there was very rude. I was having trouble figuring out the app on my... order and forgot the creamer, I went inside and trying to explain what was going on and she didn?t even let me speak much. Shewas like ?yeah you did and such?. She tossed a bunch of creamers in my drink tray and walked away. This is not good customerservice. Would not recommend this location. Read more

DD is quite a lot of folks? favorite stop before work for breakfast items. I stopped at this location on my way to a work event... and thought it would be easy peasy, but it was just the opposite. This location opens up at 6am. First I go to the lobby andit?s closed (hmmmm), so it now requires me to get in the drive through line and wait. I asked why the lobby is closed but youopen at 6am and was told when there are only two people they don?t open it till a third team member arrives at work after 7am,which is bill, because I went there at 7:30am. I proceeded with my order of a dozen donuts and a dozen bagels. And when I pulledup I asked for a tub of cream cheese. They don?t offer that to customers, one of managers I spoke to said if you want CC you dohave to buy the little individual sizes. That?s not pleasant customer service coming from a manager. Very disappointed. And shewas also very rude. I will not be going to this location any time soon. I don?t care how busy you are, you should treat yourcustomers better because w/o us you wouldn?t be open! Read more
I feel like Dunkin has been going downhill over the past couple of years, but this location is doing a wonderful job. 99% of the... time my drink is incredible and consistent. I struggled to find a good Dunkin in the area until I came across this one. I thinkthe staff is super friendly and work hard. Thanks! Read more
This is a cool Dunkin inside what used to be a bank. Staff is polite and acknowledge me when I came in. Tiffany is great!! I'll... go to this Dunkin Donuts every time I'm in the area. Read more
Nice Location. Clean spot, quick and efficient service, east on off freeway. Staff aren?t that polite or friendly. In fact ,... pretty rude. Nice spot aside from that. Drive through and private rooms in store. Read more
