Historically I have been a big fan of Cookout and have frequented this location often. That being said, it seems they really... hired some poor employees recently and haven't been up to par for a few months now. The food from our last three visits has beenhorrible and our orders incorrect two of the last three times. Check your orders before you leave. Every single item of ourorder tonight (that we received) was luke warm, stale, and dry. Have you ever had dry coleslaw before? Me neither. They do not listen to the full order, the microphones at the location are so bad, they mess the order up. Twice had to go... through the drive through again because they did not listen to the complete order. Changed my chocolate milkshake to choco chip,which is close and understandable but still got it wrong Read more
Got a tray here, and got a double pattie burger. The meat was super thin, both patties put together wouldn't equal a regular... burger patty. In addition, both patties were burnt. All I can taste was burnt food. I bet it would be pretty difficult to notburn a burger that is dang near paper thin. Highly disappointed. Read more
Well when it comes to drive through I guess you can also say they have a walk up window lol. The service was fantastic to the... point where I said surprise me to my sides and what I got was a blessing disguise. Top-notch great people and all I can say isthis is a way to go if you're hungry. The only thing I would say they could do better would be a little bit more parking spotsfor construction workers and or those doing deliveries. But nonetheless 10 out of 10. Read more
I went through the drive-thru. This was the cleanest cookout I have ever seen. My wife and brother both ordered burgers and I... ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla combo. I went here for a birthday and was impressed by the atmosphere. They service was top notch and the food was really good as well.... The servers are happy to help with recommendations if you are unsure of what to order. I highly recommend any of the grilledplatter items. They also offer unique drinks that were tasty so try those as well. Read more
