Ends up missing an item from order or ends up taking wrong order. 4 out of 5 times had the same experience. Hopefully they can... work on this and fix it. Food quality is good. Banana nut milk shake is awesome. Read more
Historically I have been a big fan of Cookout and have frequented this location often. That being said, it seems they really... hired some poor employees recently and haven't been up to par for a few months now. The food from our last three visits has beenhorrible and our orders incorrect two of the last three times. Check your orders before you leave. Every single item of ourorder tonight (that we received) was luke warm, stale, and dry. Have you ever had dry coleslaw before? Me neither. They do not listen to the full order, the microphones at the location are so bad, they mess the order up. Twice had to go... through the drive through again because they did not listen to the complete order. Changed my chocolate milkshake to choco chip,which is close and understandable but still got it wrong Read more
